Known for her thoughtful, patient approach, she focuses on helping parties reach resolution through careful listening, persistence, and a commitment to ensuring that all litigants and counsel feel heard and respected.

Appointed to the Solano County Superior Court in 2013, Judge Carringer spent 12 years on the bench presiding over a wide range of complex matters, including employment, insurance, medical malpractice, personal injury, and family law disputes. During her judicial tenure, she served as Supervising Judge of both the Civil and Family Law divisions and twice sat on the court's Appellate Division, gaining broad experience across multiple areas of civil litigation.

Prior to joining the bench, Judge Carringer spent more than two decades in private practice, focusing largely on insurance-related litigation. She also served as field counsel for an insurance company and gained early mediation experience through the Solano County Superior Court's ADR program.

In addition to her courtroom work, Judge Carringer has been active in the legal community through leadership and service roles. She previously served as president of the Solano County Bar Association and has contributed to numerous professional and judicial initiatives, including mentoring and judicial education programs.
