Serious personal injury, car, truck, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, sexual molestation, premises liability, government claims including Government Code 835 [Dangerous condition of public property], civil rights [42 U.S.C. 1983], breach of habitability, insurance bad faith, consumer claims, attorneys fees disputes and apportionments, and business disputes, Mr. Jossen has litigated and mediated them all.

Mr. Jossen was a seminal member of the Los Angeles Superior Court Arbitration program, where he did 357 arbitrations in less than five years, a seminal member of the Los Angeles Superior Court Mediation program, a seminal member of the United States District Court Settlement Officer's panel and the California Court of Appeals mediation program. Mr. Jossen has mediated and arbitrated thousands of cases.

Mr. Jossen specializes in "sensitive cases and clients", particularly with respect to child molestation cases.
