Restaurant chain California Pizza Kitchen can trace its roots to the Los Angeles legal scene. Beverly Hills attorneys Rick Rosenfield and Larry Flax founded the Los Angeles-based business in 1985. But only recently has the chain, which has grown to 253 restaurants, with 27 international locations, hired its first general counsel in Christopher O'Brien.
