Until recently, Tioga Pharmaceuticals Inc. chief operating officer and general counsel David M. Urso was the "virtual" biotechnology company's only employee.
Now, San Diego-based Tioga, which outsources everything from clinical research to regulatory compliance, has three employees - Urso, his assistant and chief scientific officer Gareth A. Hicks.
