Deborah Kanter has served as general counsel for The Broad Foundations since February of 2002. The private Foundations encompass four separate initiatives founded by philanthropist and art collector Eli Broad to fund projects in education, science and the arts, plus one focused on civic efforts. Broad's latest project is a new art museum in downtown Los Angeles, currently under construction.
