Donald J. Rosenberg has been able to indulge his legal interests in antitrust and intellectual property as an in-house lawyer at IBM Corp., Apple Inc. and now at San Diego-based Qualcomm Inc., where he serves as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
IBM hired the Brooklyn, New York native out of law school at St. John's University School of Law in Queens, and Rosenberg stayed with the computer technology company for 31 years.
