If you've ever been to Orange County Superior Court, you've met some - maybe dozens - of the people Donald L. Drozd represents.
They're not litigants, but rather employees. Superior court workers are among the 13,000 members of the Orange County Employees Association, for which Drozd is general counsel.
In 1995, shortly after Orange County filed for Chapter 9 bankruptcy, the union sought his help dealing with the county's bankruptcy estate.
