Richard M. Lucas packed up his bags last June and moved to Beverly Hills. It was his first job change since graduating law school 18 years ago. Formerly a partner with Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C., Lucas' new gig is general counsel for Hilton Hotels Corp., which owns, manages, and franchises more than 3,000 hotels worldwide.
