Karole Morgan-Prager has been with McClatchy since 1995, when many newspapers nationwide were expanding and few worried about the Internet. She works in a very different climate now.
Even before joining the company- the country's second-largest newspaper publisher, with 30 daily newspapers and several websites - Morgan-Prager had her sights set on the media industry. The UCLA School of Law graduate originally set out to be a First Amendment lawyer.
