LOS ANGELES - Pinkberry Inc. began as a small yogurt shop in West Hollywood in January 2005. Not long after its founding, the popular frozen dessert company faced legal issues ranging from challenges to its product's status as "yogurt" to an onslaught of trademark and trade dress infringements across the United States.
