Timothy Robbins has cut against the grain in Silicon Valley ever since he joined mobile e-mail service provider Visto Corp., nearly six years ago, after a stint at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian.
Earlier this year, Visto completed its purchase of Good Technology, a wireless handheld computing software company, from Motorola Inc., and adopted its name.
