Judge Hugh "Rocky" Mullin III does not suffer fools gladly

Mullin, 59, is the presiding criminal judge in Santa Clara County, and he presides over a master criminal calendar in San Jose's Hall of Justice courthouse.
Mullin has been on the bench since 1986. Before that, he spent 14 years as a prosecutor.
