Shasta County Superior Court Judge Brad Boeckman is the new kid on the bench.
The 50-year-old former defense attorney has been a judge since Nov. 1, 1995. Despite the short time, he is sure of one thing.
"Being a judge has been the most enjoyable experience of my life," Boeckman said. "I've been too busy learning the ropes to think about whether I miss being an advocate."
