LONG BEACH -- Superior Court Judge Diana W. Tsang used to enjoy the moment a criminal case went sideways.
A witness might be testifying when, almost casually, something new came out: "You could have just taken a look at the video."
"And everyone goes, 'What video?'" Tsang recalled.
