NORWALK - Superior Court Judge Ann H. Park was watching sea turtles make their way onto a Maui beach when she noticed something about how they moved.
The turtles did not fight their way through the surf. They waited.
"When the waves come in, they come in, and then they creep up a little bit and then wait for the next wave," Park said.
