SANTA ANA - About a year and a half ago, four judges handled civil limited matters in Orange County. Now they are consolidated into one master calendar courtroom, presided over by Judge Corey Cramin. Most are collections cases with many pro pers. But Cramin said he and his two clerks get through up to 75 matters a day with streamlining, time management, patience, hard work and experience.
