MARTINEZ - Contra Costa County Superior Court Judge Charles Burch is not one to nod his head and sit back quietly as attorneys argue a legal point.
"I like to engage the lawyers. I like to ask them questions," Burch said. It "tells them what you believe are the issues and problems with their evidence."
