SAN DIEGO - Superior Court Judge Randa Trapp was appointed by Gov. Gray Davis in July 2003 and took the bench shortly thereafter. As she nears the decade mark on the bench, pausing to look back on her career, Trapp is happy to be where she is. "I'm as excited and grateful as I was 10 years ago," she said.
