SAN BERNARDINO - After 11 years manning various assignments, Superior Court Judge David Cohn now presides over civil trials in the new San Bernardino Justice Center. He's said he's back where he belongs.
"Civil is my background," said Cohn, who spent more than 15 years practicing with civil litigation firms. "So this has sort of been like coming home for me."
