FRESNO - Hanging on the wall next to U.S. Magistrate Judge Stanley Boone's desk in his sunlit chambers at the Robert E. Coyle Federal Courthouse are two frames: one bears a portrait of President Theodore Roosevelt, and above that, the "Class Clown" certificate Boone was awarded by his high school classmates.
