ORANGE - Following her career as a prosecutor of murderers and rapists, Claudia Silbar was very unhappy when, six months after being appointed to the Orange County Superior Court, she was assigned to family law. Now, 13 years later, she loves it and has turned down an offer to go elsewhere.
