MARTINEZ - When Susanne Fenstermacher was 4 years old, she knew she wanted to be an attorney and work with her father.

Her plans solidified when she was 8 and would regularly come and watch her father, Oliver Fenstermacher, argue cases in Martinez's Wakefield Taylor courthouse.
