BARSTOW - Judge Victor R. Stull knew exactly what he hoped to accomplish when he decided to go to law school 36 years ago. He wanted to ease the financial burden of the person who had the greatest influence on his life: his mother.
"One of the ironies of my life was she died a week before I got out of law school," Stull said.
