EL CAJON - Los Angeles native Ronald F. Frazier had one clear goal in life while growing up.
"I wanted to play center field for the Los Angeles Dodgers," said Frazier, 55, now a San Diego County Superior Court judge. "I didn't make it, but I did play one year of Little League."
