FRESNO - From living in a low-income housing complex to today occupying chambers in a courthouse here, Judge Alvin M. Harrell III has made quite a climb.
Harrell remembers vividly the quick change for the worse his parents' divorce brought upon his three siblings and him, 7 years old at the time.
