SANTA ANA - While many judges might say that going on the bench was a lifelong career goal, Orange County Superior Court Judge Scott A. Steiner has some evidence.
"I went to my first costume party as a judge," Steiner said. He wore his sister's graduation robe to the event when he was 12 years old.
