LOS ANGELES - It's all come full circle for Judge Steven J. Kleifield, who started his career as a civil trial lawyer.
Eight months ago, after spending nearly a decade in a variety of bench assignments, mainly in the criminal courts, Kleifield returned to a general civil trial court - and he says he's comfortable sitting tight for a while.
