SACRAMENTO - What could be more ordinary than a judge who plays golf? Despite the cliche, Shelleyanne W. L. Chang recently took up the game. She acquired the hobby after her daughter left for college. It's something absorbing to do with friends, she said, even though it can frustrate players of all levels.
"I call it a perfectionist's game," Chang said.
