BAKERSFIELD - Judge Michael B. Lewis, a scuba diving enthusiast, once officiated at a record-setting wedding ceremony. The bride and bridegroom exchanged underwater marriage vows.

The presence of 208 certified scuba divers in an Olympic-size pool at the 2005 wedding earned Stuart Rex, a Kern County courtroom bailiff, and bride Misty Kuykendall a place in the Guinness Book of World Records.
