WOODLAND - Not everyone is meant to go into law. Some people can't argue a case even to save themselves - though they certainly try. A lot of them end up in front of Yolo County Superior Court Commissioner Janene Beronio.
"My favorite small claims story is a defendant who, while a plaintiff was testifying, looked at her and said, 'You're just as big a liar as I am,'" Beronio said.
