SACRAMENTO - "I will defer to the genius of counsel" is a phrase attorneys commonly hear in U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Klein's courtroom.
"In other words, you guys fix it," said Marc A. Levinson, a Sacramento-based partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, who has had cases before Klein for more than 20 years, including the current Stockton bankruptcy case.
