LOS ANGELES - Justice Norman L. Epstein of the 2nd District Court of Appeal, Division 4, turned 80 this year. And even after more than 23 years on the appeals court bench, he doesn't appear to be slowing down.
"I love the work," Epstein said. "At some point within the next 10 years I'll retire."
