FRESNO - Justice Gene M. Gomes made no bones that he was unhappy the state Supreme Court all but told him to change his opinion in a high profile case involving domestic violence and guns.
The first time the case went before the court of appeal, the majority held that even the slightest touching in a domestic violence incident triggers a lifetime ban on gun ownership.
