MORGAN HILL - Jose Anthony Solario let out a long and dramatic yawn, using a rolled-up piece of paper to cover his mouth.

Judge Hector Ramon happened to be informing Solario of his rights at that moment in a Santa Clara County courtroom. The judge didn't hesitate to give the inmate, who was in court for violating probation, a hard time.
