Like many in the legal profession, U.S. Magistrate Judge Jay C. Gandhi is no stranger to late nights.
In fact, Gandhi is notorious for engaging in marathon settlement discussions that can occasionally go into the wee hours of the morning, according to attorneys who have appeared before him and colleagues who work alongside him.
