SAN DIEGO - U.S. Magistrate Judge Nita L. Stormes recalls the time she chased down an attorney to his gym to continue settlement negotiations while he worked out on a Stairmaster.
"He said, 'You're just relentless. I can't shake you!'" she said, seated in her chambers in downtown San Diego.
The case did indeed settle.
