LOS ANGELES - On a recent Monday afternoon, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Anthony J. Mohr sat in his 14th floor office at Central Civil West Courthouse speaking on the phone with a jurist in need of his help in a tough case.
The jurist on the other end wasn't an attorney trying to settle a case in Mohr's court - it was a fellow judge.
