STOCKTON - The same traits for which lawyers praise San Joaquin County Superior Court Judge David P. Warner are also his weaknesses.
He's meticulous, detail-oriented and attentive to rules. The downside: By Warner's own calculation, he may be too precise, too detail-oriented and sometimes slower than other judges.
