SAN FRANCISCO - Added to the woes facing financial institutions is the $1.5 billion judgment against Bank of America that San Francisco County Superior Court Judge Anne E. Bouliane levied in 2004.
The veteran jurist in Bouliane shrugs it off as "just another case," but it's also clear in an interview that she's stoked to have made a decision that has reached the California Supreme Court.
