SAN DIEGO -- For U.S. District Judge Dana M. Sabraw, everything from managing a heavy judicial calendar to backpacking trips through national parks starts with a good night's rest to stave off fatigue and stay fresh.
"I make it a practice when I'm in trial to get a good night's sleep," he said, adding that his daughter occasionally teases him over his predictable bedtime.
