FRESNO -- Judge Robert Mangano would be the first to acknowledge he gives people a bit more time to express their viewpoints in his family law courtroom.

"I tend to permit people to ramble a bit more .. but refocusing does become very important," he said.

Mangano said he's enjoyed the assignment, his first since he took the bench after his June 2018 election.
