Michael L. Stern spent almost 30 years representing clients as diverse as migrant workers, accused bank robbers and large corporations.
Now that he's a Los Angeles Superior Court judge, Stern believes that part of his role is to assist practitioners in being better advocates so that their clients receive better service.
