SACRAMENTO -- The air you breathe probably is a little cleaner because of Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Michael P. Kenny.
Before he took the bench, Kenny was the executive director of the California Air Resources Board, where he helped implement regulations requiring cleaner-burning gasoline.
The program, he said, is responsible for the cleaner-burning fuel sold throughout the nation today.
