Philip E. Cook, Esq. brings over three decades of trial and dispute resolution experience to his work as a mediator and arbitrator at JAMS. Cook has helped parties settle hundreds of high-stakes matters, mediating business-to-business disputes; intellectual property (patent, copyright and trademark); insurance coverage and bad faith; class actions; employment, discrimination and civil rights claims; and securities litigation, corporate governance and partnership disputes.
