Nanci is responsible for complex business and antitrust litigation at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy LLP. She also serves on the California Commission on Uniform State Laws and formerly on the California Commission on Judicial Performance. She is Co-Chair of Leaders Forum and a Founding Member created from the White House Initiative on Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders, and serves on boards including the Smithsonian Institution, California Science Center Foundation, and Asian Art Museum Foundation of San Francisco. She received her B.A. and M.A. from the University of Southern California, attended Waseda University in Japan, and worked in business development for international clients. She received a J.D. from The Catholic University in Washington, D.C., while clerking at the International Trade Commission, the U.S. Overseas Private Investment Corporation, and as a Legislative Aide to former U.S. Senator Daniel Inouye of Hawaii.
