Judge Pressman worked in firms in Redwood City, San Mateo and San Francisco before relocating to San Diego to found civil litigation practice, Kolodny & Pressman APC. Appointed to San Diego Superior Court by Gov. Gray Davis in December 2001. Notable cases included Alaburda v. Thomas Jefferson School of Law, 37-2011-00091898 (San Diego Super. Ct., filed May 26, 2001). Retired August 1, 2017.
