Hon. Peter Kirwan (Ret.) is a neutral with Signature Resolution, recently retired from the Santa Clara County Superior Court after spending 18 years on the bench. He spent the majority of his time on the bench in the Court's Civil Division presiding over numerous class action lawsuits, trade secret litigation, business disputes, PAGA and employment litigation, mass tort litigation, groundwater rights lawsuits, and a variety of other complex matters.
