Chambord V. Benton-Hayes

Chambord Benton-Hayes is an Oakland-based employment attorney with broad experience representing employees and executives. Before launching Benton Employment Law, she worked in the San Francisco office of an international firm, defending some of the world's largest corporations in employment matters. As a trial attorney, she represents individuals in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment lawsuits. She also regularly represents whistleblowers of abuse and sexual abuse survivors (children and adults) against employers that allowed this abhorrent behavior to permeate the workplace.
