William Paparian is a former mayor of the City of Pasadena, served on active duty in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and is a former criminal defense attorney. He continues to serve as a Los Angeles County deputy district attorney and as a Captain (CA) Judge Advocate with the California State Guard.
