Before joining the firm, Caroline spent several years as a litigation solicitor at a firm in England and worked as a Senior Researcher at the AI Law & Innovation Institute at UC Law SF. Caroline holds a law degree from Oxford University and an LL.M. from UC Berkeley School of Law. She is licensed to practice in both California and England.
